VIP Arrival Service

• Meet & Greet by our greeter at the end of the aerobridge.
• Escorted through the terminal by buggy cart – Where applicable or if booked.
• Fast track through passport control (where applicable)
• Guests will be expedited through Immigration & assisted with customs procedures
• Assistance with any visa and landing card requirements at various locations
• Porters for baggage assistance to collect and transfer luggage from carousel to vehicle awaiting guests.
• Escort & handover guest to the receiver

ARRIVAL SERVICE by Airports Konnect: Makes the arrival process seamless. Our professional greeters will meet you at the airside or the aerobridge holding a clear signage. They will then assist with passport and visa services, porter service at baggage carousel, access to the VIP lounge (where applicable). Our greeter will also facilitate contact with the receiver awaiting guest outside the airport, arrange a meeting point and escort to the transportation vehicle of your choice.

VIP Transit Service

• Our greeter will assist you while you are transferring between gates or from one terminal to another.
• The guest will be escorted through the terminal by buggy cart (if available) to the transfer desk or the onward departure gate.
• Escort to lounge (if applicable)
• Baggage porters can be arranged to collect and transfer luggage if required to the connecting flight.
• Escort to departure gate when ready to board - Greeter will be available until the aircraft departs.

To make your connections as smooth as possible, our agents will meet you at the aircraft gate and escort you to your onward connection. They will guide you onto the relevant transfer coach/sky train connecting terminals and/or escort you to the airline desk if required. Our agent can help you avoid long queues, fast-tracking you through security and into the appropriate airport lounge where you can relax before your onward connection. Guest can relax while our agent monitors the onward flight time and escorts you to the departure gate when it’s time to board.

VIP Departure Service

• Our greeter will meet the guest at the kerbside by their vehicle outside of the terminal.
• Baggage porters can be arranged to collect the guest’s luggage & transfer to check-in counter.
• Priority check-in service, preferred seats and boarding passes will be obtained for the guest.
• Our Guests will be expedited through all check-in and security procedures.
• All formalities at passport control will be fast-tracked for our guests
• Upon request, personal shopping & VAT reclaim can be organised via a personal agent.
• Escort to lounge if applicable and to aircraft when ready to board.

Airports Konnect DEPARTURE SERVICE offers you a stress-free experience within the airport. Our highly-trained representatives will contact you before you leave for the airport to arrange a meeting point. Once you’ve arrived, our greeter will meet you at the entrance of the airport terminal, brief you through service procedures, accompany you during all airport formalities, fast-track guest through check-in/baggage drop off, security & passport control & guide the guest to relevant lounge or boarding gate.
If Executive Lounge is being used, the guest can enter via a private channel & relax in the comfort of the lounge while the greeter completes all check-in, security & passport control formalities.
